Business Manager for Interface solutions

The issues

Business information is commonly split between a number of different sources - your financial data is in an accounts package while contacts, sales orders and stock information are spread across a selection of databases, spreadsheets and wipeboards.

Even when there's only one or two of you looking after this information the business is never going to run as effectively as it could. As the operation grows and the number of staff needing to access the information increases it will eventually become impossible to manage.

Responding to customer enquiries commonly requires looking up information in several places before coming up with a complete answer.

Transferring information between different systems commonly involves rekeying with the accompanying drop in data quality.

The solution

The Business Manager combines information from a number of different sources and allows you to interrogate it all simultaneously.

Some data sources (such as spreadsheets) are replaced by the Business Manager while others, such as your accounts package, will be used to supply information while leaving the responsibility for that information with the other system.

Once you have consolidated your information, you are then in a position to publish it to a wider variety of other systems, including websites.
